Completely unknown to us, Clover discontinued our rewards program without any notification. After we placed a phone call, we were informed Clover is dropping all vape and smokes shops from their marketing apps. Tonight 2/15/2023, we received an email stating this was the case. We are diligently working on purchasing a new point of sale system with a rewards program that is friendly to the vapor industry. We are very upset about their decision. Everything is gone on the back end and we have no way of knowing what rewards customers received.
